After graduating from Aberdeen University in 2001 with a joint honours degree in Accountancy and Finance, Nick spent over 7 years at Noble & Company working in both its corporate finance and equity capital markets teams.

His experience includes IPOs, secondary fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions across a variety of sectors. After Noble, Nick worked on a variety of corporate finance-based consultancy/project roles including working with Londra Ventures, a London-based technology ventures boutique, assisting early stage businesses mostly in the technology and internet sectors. Vivek commenced his career at the London Stock Exchange, initially as an Associate in the Primary Markets and AIM team; advising on proposed admissions to AIM, investigating live market events and supervising nominated advisory firms and all issuers quoted on AIM. He was subsequently promoted to the Secondary Markets team at the London Stock Exchange and oversaw equity trading across the FTSE 100 to AIM as well as fixed income, derivatives, and ETF trading.

Prior to the London Stock Exchange, he completed the UK Civil Service Fast Stream internship, where he worked in the Government Office for Science and led and completed a rapid technology assessment analysing emerging environmental innovations, which was used by key stakeholders across Whitehall including The No 10 Policy Unit. Peter Dupont has had over 35 years’ experience in investment banking with UBS, Commerzbank, Libertas Capital and Edison Investment Research. Throughout this period he has been involved in investment research covering the engineering, metals and natural resources sectors.
